Isolmant Perimeter Band Double Thickness Technique, is an adhesive perimeter strip designed for easy installation in an 18+10 50ml “L” shape.
Furthermore, they are composed of a vertical part in 5 mm thick polyethylene, partially adhesive, to be applied to the wall and a horizontal part in HDPE film with a reduced thickness of 0.1 mm, equipped with adhesive silicone paper on the lower side. In addition, the strips are equipped with silkscreened film with installation instructions.
Cut off the excess perimeter strip only after laying and grouting the final flooring, before installing the skirting board.
To ensure the proper functioning of the floating floor, it is essential to also isolate the vertical surfaces of the cement screed. To do this, simply apply Isolmant Fascia Perimetrale to the foot of the wall and along the entire perimeter of the room.
